2. Eligibility for Full Refunds

You are eligible for a 100% full refund under any of the following circumstances:

• Inability to Stream / Technical Incompatibility: If our support team is unable to get the service operational on your supported device within 24 hours of payment.
• Server Outage: Prolonged platform downtime during your active pass that prevents use.
• Accidental Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally send duplicate bKash transactions for the same renewal cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

• Passes that have reached their full expiration date after being actively used.
• Issues stemming solely from user-side internet failure (e.g., your personal ISP disconnection or lack of internet access).
• Accounts terminated for violating terms of service (such as commercial reselling or password sharing outside your household).

4. How to Request a Refund

To claim a refund, simply reach out to our team within 24 hours of your issue:

2. Provide your username and the bKash Transaction ID (TrxID) used for payment.
3. Our team will verify the logs and process the refund back to your bKash personal wallet within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Cancellation Policy

ChillPill Cloud operates on prepaid passes (fixed durations of 2 days, 30 days, or 365 days). We never automatically debit your mobile wallet or bank card. You can stop using the service at any time simply by not purchasing a renewal pass.
