Welcome to ChillPill Cloud. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChillPill Cloud regarding your access to and use of the website, web client, client dashboard, and personal home media cloud services.

2. Nature of Service & Personal Use

ChillPill Cloud provides private, automated home media cloud infrastructure designed to help households organize, transcode, and stream their media library across authorized personal devices (Google TV, Android TV, mobile phones, tablets, and personal computers).

• Access is granted strictly for personal, private, non-commercial household entertainment.
• You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, broadcast publicly, or commercially exploit any part of the service.

3. Account Security & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and dashboard password). Any activities that occur under your account remain your responsibility. You agree to notify ChillPill Cloud immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Memberships, Billing & Renewals

ChillPill Cloud offers fixed-duration passes:

• 2 Days Trial Pass (৳50): 48 hours of access for test-driving client applications and streaming speeds.
• Monthly Cinema Pass (৳299): 30 days of full continuous access.
• Yearly Cinema Pass (৳2999): 365 days of continuous access with priority request fulfillment.

All payments are processed securely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash personal Send Money verification. We do not operate deceptive recurring auto-debits; you choose when to renew.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks Disclaimer

All product names, trademarks, logos, and brands mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with ChillPill Cloud. ChillPill Cloud is an independent software and private cloud service.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

While we strive for continuous 99.9% uptime, services may occasionally be temporarily interrupted for network maintenance, server upgrades, or local ISP routing optimizations. ChillPill Cloud reserves the right to modify or adjust features with notice to active members.
